Terms & Services

Home / Terms & Services

These Terms & Services explain the rules for using the ReachArrive website, asking for an insurance quote, applying for cover, and relying on the guidance we publish. Please read them with the policy wording you receive if a policy is issued. If the policy wording and these website terms ever speak to the same point, the policy wording governs the insurance contract, and these terms govern use of the website and our quote service.

By browsing reacharrive.com, sending a form, subscribing to email, or asking us to review a protection need, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website and do not send us personal or financial information.

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and ReachArrive for website access, educational content, quote requests, and related email. They do not, by themselves, create an insurance policy. Cover begins only when an insurer has accepted the risk, the required premium has been arranged, and you have received confirmation that the policy is in force.

You confirm that you are able to enter an agreement of this kind, that you are asking for information for yourself or for a household or organisation you are authorised to represent, and that the details you submit are yours to share. If you use the site for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

We may refuse a quote request, decline to continue a conversation, or withdraw website access where information appears incomplete, misleading, or outside the kinds of insurance we arrange. A refusal is not a judgement about your character. It simply means we cannot take the enquiry further on the information we have.

2. Who ReachArrive is

ReachArrive is an insurance guidance and arrangement service. We help people and organisations understand life, health, home, motor, travel, income, family, and business protection, compare suitable structures, and prepare applications. Policies are contracts with the insurer named in the schedule. ReachArrive is not a substitute for that insurer, and we do not promise that every enquiry will result in an offer of cover.

Nothing on this website is a promise that a claim will be paid. Claim decisions belong to the insurer, applying the policy wording, the schedule, any endorsements, and the facts of the loss. Our role around a claim is to help you understand the process, organise documents, and communicate clearly.

References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean ReachArrive. References to “you” mean the person using the website or the household or organisation that person represents. “Insurer” means the company that issues a policy. “Policy” means the contract of insurance, including the schedule, wording, and endorsements.

3. Using this website

The website is offered so you can learn how protection is structured, review sample plans, meet the advisory team, and send a quote or contact request. Content is written in general language for a wide audience. It cannot know the health, property, vehicle use, travel pattern, or business activity that makes your risk different from someone else’s.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not copy the site design, logo, or text into another commercial product, scrape the site in bulk, or present our wording as your own advice. You are responsible for the devices, browsers, and network you use to reach us.

We try to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting faults, or events outside our control may take pages offline. Forms are handled in your browser only. Until you also reach us by email, a message typed into a form on this static website is not a notice we have received.

4. Quotes, applications, and no automatic cover

A quote illustration, sample monthly contribution, or plan comparison on this website is an example. It is not an offer of insurance and not a guarantee of the premium you will pay. Final price depends on the insurer’s underwriting, the cover level, excess, term, your disclosures, and the details of the life, health, property, vehicle, trip, or business being protected.

When you send a quote form, you ask us to contact you by email to continue the conversation. You do not create cover by submitting the form. Please do not cancel an existing policy, delay medical treatment, or change a business arrangement because you have requested a quote from ReachArrive. Keep existing cover in place until you hold written confirmation of a replacement policy and you understand any gap between the two.

If we invite you to complete an application, the application is a request to the insurer. The insurer may accept, accept with exclusions or a higher premium, postpone, or decline. We will explain the direction of that decision in plain language, but we cannot force an insurer to offer terms.

5. Policy documents control the cover

If a policy is issued, your rights and obligations sit in the policy documents. Those documents describe who is insured, what is insured, the sum insured, the excess, the period of cover, exclusions, conditions, claim duties, and how to cancel. Summaries on this website, in an email, or in a conversation are aids. They do not replace the documents.

Please read the schedule and wording as soon as you receive them. Tell us promptly by email if a name, date of birth, address of a risk, vehicle use, destination, occupation, or sum insured is wrong. A correction after a loss may be harder, and in some cases an insurer may treat inaccurate information as serious.

Benefit names on our pages, such as life insurance, health insurance, home insurance, motor insurance, travel insurance, income protection, family protection, and business insurance, describe families of cover. The actual benefit triggers, waiting periods, and exclusions are those printed in the policy you buy, not the general descriptions here.

6. Eligibility

Insurance products have eligibility rules. Age, residency as defined by the insurer, health history, occupation, property construction, vehicle type, driving history, trip length, and business activity can all affect whether cover is available. We will ask questions that may feel detailed. Those questions exist so the insurer can judge the risk fairly and so you are not sold a policy that was never going to respond.

You must not apply on behalf of another adult unless you have their authority. For a household policy, the person named as the policyholder should be the person who can answer questions about the risk. For a business policy, the applicant should be a person who knows the operations, turnover band, locations, and prior losses well enough to answer honestly.

Some covers are unavailable for certain activities, such as commercial use of a vehicle on a personal motor policy, or a home used primarily as a place of business on a standard home policy. If your situation sits near an edge, tell us before you assume a standard plan will fit.

7. Premiums, sample prices, and changes

Prices shown on the pricing page are sample starting contributions for illustration. They help you compare the shape of Essential, Household, and Comprehensive plans. Your premium may be higher or lower. An insurer may also offer a different excess, a waiting period, or an exclusion instead of the sample price.

Premiums are paid on the schedule agreed in the policy, often monthly or annually. If a premium is not paid, cover may lapse. A lapse can leave a gap, and a later application may be underwritten again. We will explain the payment method the insurer supports, but we do not ask you to send card numbers or bank secrets through the website forms.

During a policy term, premium and terms can change if you alter the risk, if the insurer applies an agreed indexation, or if you ask to add or remove a benefit. At renewal, the insurer may offer new terms. Renewal is a fresh decision. Please read the renewal invitation rather than assuming last year’s price and conditions continue unchanged.

8. Your duty to give accurate information

Insurance depends on a fair picture of the risk before cover starts and, where the policy says so, when the risk changes. You must answer questions honestly and with reasonable care. That includes health questions on a life or health application, construction and occupancy questions on a home application, use and driver questions on a motor application, and activity questions on a travel or business application.

If you are unsure whether a fact matters, tell us. A past condition that feels minor, a room let to someone else, a vehicle used for deliveries, or a trip that includes manual work can change underwriting. Guessing, or leaving out a fact because it might raise the premium, can put a later claim at risk.

You agree that information you type into our forms may be used to prepare an enquiry. Do not include full payment card numbers, identity document numbers, or medical files in a free-text box. We will ask for documents through a safer channel if an insurer needs them.

9. How claims are handled

If you need to claim, follow the steps in your policy. Many policies ask you to tell the insurer within a set time, to take reasonable steps to limit further loss, and to provide documents that show what happened and what the loss cost. ReachArrive can help you list those documents and read the questions, once you email us.

A claim is assessed against the policy, not against a general sense of fairness and not against marketing sentences on this website. Exclusions, excesses, inner limits, waiting periods, and conditions precedent still apply. We will not tell you a claim is approved before the insurer has said so in writing.

You must not exaggerate a loss, hide a relevant fact, or ask another person to support an untrue account. Fraudulent claims can be refused, and the insurer may have further rights set out in the policy. Give a complete account even when part of the story is inconvenient.

For health or life claims, the insurer may need reports from treating practitioners. For home or motor claims, the insurer may appoint a repairer or loss adjuster. For travel claims, keep receipts, tickets, and written evidence of delay or medical treatment. For business claims, keep accounts that show the interruption. We can help you organise that file. We cannot invent documents you do not have.

10. Waiting periods, exclusions, and limits

Almost every policy contains exclusions and limits. A life policy may exclude suicide for an initial period. A health policy may apply a waiting period for a pre-existing condition. A home policy may exclude gradual wear, poor maintenance, or an unoccupied home beyond a stated number of days. A motor policy may exclude a named use or a driver who is not permitted. A travel policy may exclude travel against official advice or a trip that has already begun. A business policy may exclude a known circumstance you were aware of before inception.

Sums insured and inner limits cap what can be paid. Under-insurance can reduce a payment even when the event itself is covered. We will talk about sums insured in plain numbers, and we will ask you to check rebuild cost, vehicle value, income, or benefit amount rather than copying a figure from a neighbour or from a sample plan.

An excess is the part of a loss you bear. A higher excess can lower a premium and can also make small claims uneconomic. Choose an excess you could pay without distress. Sample plans on this website assume an excess will be agreed in the schedule. They do not remove it.

11. Cancellation and ending cover

You may ask to cancel a policy as the policy wording allows. Some policies include a cooling-off period that starts when you receive the documents. If you cancel inside that period and no claim has been made, the insurer’s cooling-off rule will describe any refund. Outside cooling-off, a refund, if any, is usually calculated on the unused period and may include an administration charge described by the insurer.

The insurer may also cancel in the situations the policy lists, which can include non-payment, serious non-disclosure, or a change that takes the risk outside what the insurer agreed to cover. If that happens, we will pass on the insurer’s notice and explain the date cover ends.

Cancelling cover does not cancel these website terms. Ending a policy does not erase records an insurer must keep, and it does not guarantee that a future application will be accepted on the same terms.

12. Renewal

Before a policy ends, the insurer may send a renewal invitation. Please read it. Price, excess, exclusions, and eligibility can change. You should also tell us if the risk changed during the year: a new driver, a renovation, a change of occupation, a long period away from home, a different travel pattern, or a change in business activity.

If you do not want to renew, follow the instruction in the renewal notice so a payment is not collected by an automatic arrangement you no longer want. If you do want to renew, check that the payment method is still valid and that the people and property named are still correct.

13. Complaints about our service

If you are unhappy with the way ReachArrive handled an enquiry, explained a document, or supported a claim file, email hello@reacharrive.com with the subject “Complaint”. Tell us what happened, when it happened, and what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge the email and look into the matter.

A complaint about a claim decision, premium, or policy term is often a matter for the insurer as well. We will help you identify the right addressee and will not stand between you and a right the policy gives you to challenge an insurer’s decision. We do not charge a fee to explain a complaint route.

14. Intellectual property

The ReachArrive name, shield logo, page design, illustrations of plan structure, and original text on this website belong to ReachArrive or are used with permission. You receive a limited right to use the site for its intended purpose. You do not receive ownership of the brand, the layout, or the content.

Photographs on the site show everyday people, homes, travel, and work so the pages feel human. They are not pictures of our clients unless a caption says so, and they are not an endorsement by any person shown. You may not lift those images for your own advertising.

If you believe any material infringes a right you hold, email hello@reacharrive.com with the page address and a short description of the concern. We will review it and, where appropriate, remove or correct the material.

15. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website. Misuse includes attempting to break into the site, probing it for weaknesses, sending malware, overloading it, harvesting email addresses, posting unlawful content through any form, or using the site to mislead another person about insurance cover.

You must not use our name, logo, or a fake confirmation to suggest that a policy exists when it does not. You must not submit another person’s information without authority. We may suspend access and, where the law requires, report serious misuse.

16. Third-party services and links

Pages may link to other websites, including social sharing tools. Those sites are outside our control. A link is not an endorsement of every statement on the destination site. Read that site’s own terms and privacy notice before you rely on it or give it information.

Insurers, medical examiners, repair networks, and payment providers have their own conditions. When you move from our explanation into an insurer’s application or payment step, that organisation’s terms apply to that step.

17. Electronic notices

You agree that we may contact you by email about a quote you requested, a form you sent, a subscription you joined, or a complaint you raised. Please keep your email address accurate. A notice sent to the address you gave us is treated as delivered when sent, unless we receive a bounce message.

Marketing email is separate. We send it only if you subscribe, and you may unsubscribe at any time on the unsubscribe page or by using the link in the message. Service messages about a quote or a policy are not marketing, and unsubscribing from news does not cancel a policy.

18. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy explains what we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. If these terms and the Privacy Policy both touch a privacy question, the Privacy Policy gives the fuller account of our information practices.

19. Disclaimers

Website content is general insurance information. It is not personal advice that has considered your full objectives, finances, and needs, except where we later confirm in writing that a personal recommendation has been made. You should read policy documents and ask questions before you buy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that descriptions are free of error, that sample prices will be offered to you, or that the site will meet a particular commercial result. We correct mistakes when we learn of them.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If a mandatory consumer protection applies to you, it still applies.

20. Limitation of liability

ReachArrive is not liable for losses that arise only because you relied on general website wording instead of the policy documents, or because you ended other cover before a new policy was confirmed. We are not liable for an insurer’s claim decision, an insurer’s insolvency, or a loss that an exclusion in the policy removes.

Where the law allows a limit, our total liability for a claim relating to website use or to a quote conversation, other than liability that cannot legally be limited, is limited to the amount you paid ReachArrive for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event. If you paid nothing for that service, our liability for that website or quote claim is limited to a nominal cap of one hundred currency units.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from website use, whether or not we were told the loss was possible. This section does not limit liability for fraud or for any liability that applicable law refuses to limit.

21. Indemnity

You will indemnify ReachArrive against loss that comes from your misuse of the website, from information you provided that was materially untrue, or from your use of our name to mislead a third party, except to the extent the loss was caused by our own fraud or wilful misconduct.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services, forms, or legal duties change. The page will show a revision date. The updated terms apply to website use after they are posted. A policy already issued continues under its own documents. If a change is material and we have your email because you subscribed or asked for a quote, we may also send a short notice.

These terms were last updated on 12 October 2026.

23. General legal points

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. These terms are the entire website agreement and replace earlier website terms on the same subject. They do not replace a policy contract.

You may not transfer your rights under these website terms without our written agreement. We may assign our role in the website service to a successor that takes on these obligations. A person who is not a party to these terms does not gain rights under them, except an insurer enforcing its own policy.

Questions about which law applies to a policy are answered in the policy documents. Questions about these website terms are handled under the law that applies to ReachArrive’s website operations, without reference to conflict-of-law rules that would send the question somewhere else, and without limiting any mandatory protection you cannot waive.

24. How to reach us about these terms

Email hello@reacharrive.com and include “Terms” in the subject line. Tell us the page you were using and a short description of your question. We reply by email. Please do not send payment card numbers or copies of identity documents in that first message.

These terms are a website and service agreement. They are written in plain language so a household or a small organisation can read them. If a sentence on a marketing page and a sentence in these terms seem to differ, these terms and, where a policy exists, the policy documents, are the statements to rely on.
